| Instructions
1) Mix all ingredients and apply evenly on catfish.
Marinate for 2 hours.
2) We will cook the catfish using indirect heat.
You can accomplish indirect heat on a gas grill by heating up the
two outside burners, and cooking the catfish over the middle, unlit
burner. If you’re limited to one burner, you can spray aluminum
foil with non-stick cooking spray and place the catfish within that.
If you’re using charcoals, place the coals to the sides of
the grill, and cook the catfish in the middle.
3) Pre-heat the grill to medium heat. Spray non-stick
cooking spray on the grill.
4) Place the catfish on indirect heat for 15 minutes.
5) Turn it over and cook for another 15 minutes.
(Be sure to check often, as this dish can easily burn!)
6) When the meat thermometer reads 150 degrees
Fahrenheit, the dish is done.
